Pure Grade-A Mongolian cashmere — the longest, finest fibres, sourced from the cold underfleece where the wool is softest — knitted to a fine, dense gauge that drapes close to the body and holds remarkable warmth without weight. The turtleneck is the most elegant answer to cold weather there is, and ours is as luxurious as the fibre allows.

The collar folds with a soft, structured roll that stands without slumping; the sleeves taper cleanly to a ribbed cuff; the hem sits precisely at the waist. We finished it with fully fashioned seams, so the knit is shaped on the machine rather than cut from cloth — for a longer life, a cleaner line and a garment that resists pilling.

Worn beneath a tailored jacket or alone with grey wool trousers, it is restraint and indulgence held in a single garment. Store it folded with cedar nearby through the warmer months, and it will return to serve you, unchanged, for many winters to come.
